Hello friends, I have some exciting news!   I am opening a new shop in my hometown of Brookings, on the beautiful Southern Oregon Coast. When, you ask?   Wednesday, July 27th !!!! I realize I am a little late to announcing - I have been busy putting the most beautiful shop together! It has been a lovely experience with a great support team  in Brookings.  Mostly my family - from my partner doing a ton of the on site construction work, my dad and brother offering redwood boards and alder poles from their wood shop, my sis and her kids helping with a deep clean, as well as my mom supplying the plants you see! Its that time of year when the events start lining up!  We wanted to let you know about a few things we will be participating in this Holiday Season, so Mark your calendars today for these Three! Nov 16 - 18 Kauai Old Time Music Gathering   This annual event will take place at the beautiful Kokee State Park at the Lodge.Click the link to see the lineup of music as well as workshops schedule.  I will be teaching a mending class at 2 PM on Friday.  Bring your misplaced buttons, patches and anything else you would like to mend and I will show some quick easy tips to keeping your favorite pieces in rotation.  Its a very old timey thing to do...
